Caroline is Chief of Staff at Village Global, where she works across investing, firm operations, LP relationships, and the Village network. Before joining Village, she spent eight years as Chief of Staff to founders and CEOs at Botrista, On Deck, and SigFig. She built Offices of the CEO and led work on board relations, investor communications, and company operations. She began her career in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and UBS, serving ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions. Caroline graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University.

What's the common thread that runs through your career?
The relationships have always been the most rewarding part. In private wealth management, I worked closely with families and institutions. As a Chief of Staff, I've worked alongside founders and CEOs. In both, you need to understand the person, earn their trust, and be someone they can count on.
What's one of your superpowers?
Helping people feel understood. I’m curious about their experiences and how they see things, and I take the time to listen. That makes it easier to have an honest conversation and work through something together.

Daring Greatly by Brené Brown, about the courage it takes to be vulnerable.
In your spare time?
Spending time with my husband and our daughter, and planning wherever we're traveling next!
